Telesales Account Manager
Learning curve group are currently looking to recruit experienced Telesales Executives for their division in Hartlepool If your driven, have a sales background and want to work in a fun sales team environment we want to hear from you!
Basic £15,000 per annum - commission OTE £22k
Working hours 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
Breakdown of main duties:
Outbound Sales Calls (75%)
B2B Calls to generate sales opportunities Where appropriate arrange sales meetings for business development managers Identify training opportunities with clients Maintain relationships with clients through regular calls Call businesses to sell relevant courses sector programmes
Conversion of Inbound/Pipeline Leads (15%)
- Telesales Executive’s will be responsible to manage relationships with clients.
- Will be able to convert leads from enquiry stage
- Working with existing customers and new to up sell products and services to maximise sales
Sales Administration (10%)
- Administration duties, upkeep of data and managing accounts is required.
- Marketing and promotions will be carried out daily to support sales.
- The company databases must be kept up to date and diarising sales orders is essential.
- The Telesales Executive must plan and execute sales activity with their team leader.
- Outbound sales communication to promote services whilst building and retaining relationships.
