Finance Business Partner

Based in Luton, Bedfordshire, our client is an established and growing company looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide commercial and financial support to the sales and marketing teams.

This job would suit someone with a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA/CIMA) with a strong academic background, with the ability to provide robust commercial support, insight and challenge to the business to support key decision making, in a dynamic and progressive environment.

This is a blue chip organisation seeing significant growth across all areas of the business and even more ambitious plans for the foreseeable future. The business is looking for high calibre candidates who want to join a dynamic business offering a unique challenge and a unique opportunity for future progression.

The successful individual will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with commercial finance experience in a customer driven environment coupled with proven business partnering experience. The candidate must have the ability to demonstrate commercial acumen and decision making along with negation and conflict resolution skills.

Duties will include:

  • Production of accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Timely and accurate performance analysis
  • Initiatives performance analysis
  • Planning and forecasting support
  • Business case support
  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting
  • Accurate business case analysis
  • Keeping the Marketing team informed of key performance trends
  • Ad hoc project analysis
