The SF Group are currently recruiting for our client based in Lincoln on a permanent full time basis. Under direction and supervision from the Payroll Manager you will perform payroll tasks that require knowledge of Payroll rules and regulations. This role involves helping and assisting in planning and monitoring the Payroll department's workflow. The role holder will also undertake and performs other related duties as required.
The successful candidate will assist the Payroll Manager in completing client's payrolls, including RTI returns and auto-enrolment administration. You will also be in charge of the profitability of the team by assisting partners and Line Manager in preparation of bills and assisting in the managing of work in progress by discussing with Line Manager and taking appropriate action.
Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure are a must. You will need to carry a very good knowledge of payroll principles and good technical knowledge combined with experience of producing payrolls. This role will require at least 2 years payroll experience so please only apply if you meet this criteria.
The client is offering flexible working hours it is a 38.5 hour week but these hours can be completed between at times suitable to you. You will also receive Bupa health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and on site parking. The salary is £20,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience.
