Senior Case Handler

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Salary- £16,000 - £18,000

The Senior Case Handler will have a wide and varied role within a forward thinking business. The position will combine a range of client queries with operational processes and responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage client queries, adhering to timely responses to client queries and performing client outreach

  • Performs and monitors day-to-day processing activities

  • Performs account setups

  • Ensures strict adherence to procedures and critical time frames

  • Liaise with various internal departments

  • Identifies processing issues

  • May handle basic administrative processes

  • Maintenance and verification of accounts

Essential Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  • Good customer service skills

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Well organized, able to set priorities and achieve goals

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Good PC skills and MS Office – especially work in Excel

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
