McDonald Property Rentals, part of the Regenda Group is now recruiting an Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to work with our talented team at our offices in Blackpool.
About the role
We are seeking a highly ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is self-motivated, with good negotiation skills, ability to work well under pressure.
The role will be focused on all kinds of admin work. Dealing with tenants, landlords & contractors and building & maintaining strong client relationships. Identify client requirements and match to property portfolios. Have excellent time management skills to effectively ensure you maximise your time and activity levels. Positive approach towards all tasks able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You may also be required to carry out guided viewings with prospective tenants and property inspections on occasion.
Please note that you may be required to work in our other office/s.
