Commercial Account Handler
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within Commercial Insurance and you will play an integral part in servicing the Commercial book of business.
Your role will be to ensure that the business has the required processes in place to achieve its operational goals. You will work closely with and to the direction of the Account Executive.
This role is suited for a competent and experienced Commercial individual who can hit the ground running.
Working with the Account Executive with responsibility for the day to day administration of accounts, point of contact for routine enquiries, issuance of documentation.
Managing your own book of commercial clients, dealing with all aspects of the annual insurance cycle including renewal.
Cross selling other insurance products and referring into other divisions.
Assisting in the presentation of risks to underwriters and negotiation of terms.
Liaising with Insurers and clients.
Experience within the Insurance Industry with particular reference to commercial insurance is essential
Excellent communication and administration skills.
Be able to organise your own work flow, prioritising tasks as required, with minimum supervision.
Strong report and letter writing skills using Microsoft Word & Excel.
Previous sales experience would be beneficial.
Ideally previous experience with Open GI.
Cert CII qualified would be advantageous.
