Inbound Sales Advisor (Full or Part Time)
We are looking for 4/5 strong call centre salespeople.
Working hours will be from 20 - 37.5 hours depending on if you are seeking full or part time.
All calls are incoming calls, so pretty warm but may be first contact so it will be a case of converting as many enquiries into sales - some customers may be fairly decided and ready to purchase and others will be making a first call to research and discuss options.
Purpose of the role-
The role involves speaking to Customers daily, sharing your great experiences with our customers and motivating and innovating customers to purchase our products. This role is responsible for maximising every opportunity and ensuring that the purchase exceeds customer expectations
The role involves ensuring that every call maximises income per sale, that the quality of the call exceeds customer expectations and that all Company procedures are adhered to.
You must have a previous track record in selling within a Call Centre environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Background in sales within a call centre environment
- Skills in negotiating
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding targets
- Ability to recognise improvement areas and share these IT literate
