Technical Software Support Engineer

Salary up to £30,000 p.a. + Exceptional Benefits

Are you a talented Technical Software Support Engineer looking for an exciting new role within a successfully growing organisation? If you are looking for a position that involves being responsible for supporting a worldwide customer base then this would be ideal for you!

The salary for this role is up to around £30,000 p.a. depending on your experience. There is an exceptional list of benefits including 22 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year up to 28 days plus all bank holidays, private medical insurance, death in service cover, sick pay, pension scheme and free on-site parking.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting customers via telephone, email and remote connection. You will be working with various engineers and software developers to support installations and testing with customers as well as diagnosing software issues.

This Technical Support Engineer role would be an excellent career opportunity for you if you are self-motivated, have a logical approach to fault-finding, will be able to learn understand complex systems, and can work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Support Requirements:
*Must have experience in technical support or come from a software development environment
*Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as computer science, software engineering, maths or physics
*Excellent communication skills
*Must be self-motivated to support customer
*Should have a logical approach to fault-finding
*Able to learn and understand complex software systems
*Capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
