Our client is looking for a : Sales and Product Specialist Manager for the UK and Ireland areas market.
Mission: Increase position/market share in UK and Ireland areas and establish the brand name into these markets.
Objectives: Recruit local dealers/distributors able to achieve the targets and mission of the Company. Enforce the local GB branch office able to support the local market directly.
Profile: Master or University degree in Management and sales/marketing fields (technical knowledge is also welcome).
Person to be Dynamic, Motivated, Excellent communication skills with technical background.
Monthly salary: 40k (Car, mobile phone and PC).
Job execution/based: GB and home office and travelling .
Reporting to: Sales and Marketing director/ GB directors.
Primary step Activities/Tasks Working under GB (UK) company which consists of branch subsidiary of the company (with 3 divisions products lien:
Labs, Medical and Pharma) Enlarging the existing Distributors/Dealers Network in UK and Ireland for all 3 divisions and their markets areas.
Improving and making profitable Distributors/Dealers Network in UK and Ireland areas.
Distributors/Dealers support, visit, sales, marketing, coaching and training.
Improve the strength through voice of customers incoming inputs.
Participation to local exhibition and Congress /Seminar (direct or indirect through local partners).
Develop a qualified service and technical team able to support and maintenance all products.
To support R&D team on developing new products and send markets needs.
To support current GB team sales and marketing as well as the sales director.
Define strategies with GB in order to achieve a UK and Ireland market leader position.
