Our client, a large Motor Trade Main Dealer group in the PE postcode area of Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for an Online Sales Specialist to join their expanding E-Commerce team. Ideally you will have Car Sales experience for this role.

The main purpose of this role is to handle and process all incoming sales enquiries via telephone, e-mail and manufacturer systems working in accordance with manufacturers targets and departmental response standards.
You will be responsible for Financial Services and Brand standards for finance renewals and increase of current renewal rates in accordance with manufacturer targets.
You will need to take an interest in potential customers' needs and requirements with a view to passing on the correct information to the Sales Executives and the management team to offer a smooth and timely response.
You must be able to qualify, track and process all enquiries to achieve group standards for response times. All enquiries must be accurately recorded and appointment targets achieved for brand and departmental targets.
You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to deal with several tasks simultaneously.
