Operations Manager - Central London

I am currently recruiting a hugely exciting opportunity for an operations manager to take on the full day to day responsibility for club operations and strategic planning. The operations manager will report directly into the club director and will be playing an essential part in an upcoming project! This is an exciting time ahead of the current team and they would love to have someone join them that has the enthusiasm and passion they do for their work place.

I am keen to talk to candidates who have a very strong operational background and have multi-department experience.

The role is based within a large multipurpose health and fitness centre and needs a candidate that can be hands on with teams including front of house and sales and also play a contributing part within the senior management team business planning.

Ideally I am looking to speak to small site GM's, Operation managers at large leisure centres or high volume commercial leisure management.

The position offers a highly competitive basic salary up to £40k, dependent on experience and has some great benefits including:

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and inductions of key staff
  • Presenting key findings and presenting improvement and strategies to senior team
  • Leads the club in audit processes and qualification assessment
  • Duty Management to cover periods of A/L and sickness
  • H&S operations

Ideally you will hold:

Current first aid and pool operations certificates and fitness qualifications
