The Company

A leading professional services company delivering change management solutions and outsourced services to a prestigious portfolio of financial services clients across the UK.

Keen to build upon their existing market share and capitalise on significant new business opportunities they are looking to appoint an ambitious, high calibre Business Development Manager.

The Role

Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, this role is to act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the company to ensure continual new business development and fully maximised opportunities. Success within this role will come from the ability to confidently and competently explore business opportunities with clients using your in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings and expertise. Whilst strengthening existing client relationships and successfully identifying and forging new client relationships through the business development team. You will be backed by a highly experienced team of subject matter experts in achieving delivered engagements.

The Person

Academically strong, you will have experience of working as a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B solution selling within financial services. You will be able to demonstrate target driven lead generation, successful meeting to deal-closure ratios, account management and a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
