Full Time
PfP Capital  is a real estate fund management business and part of Places for People. On behalf of our clients, we aim to invest proactively in real estate assets that will ensure stable returns and ongoing value growth. In order to achieve this we require a Qualified Accountant to manage the day to day accounting of this division and also manage and report on the performance of funds under management.

What your role will be

You will provide a professional and comprehensive real estate fund accounting and financial appraisal service to PfP Capital, ensuring that advice and support is provided on all finance matters pertaining to a real estate fund management business.

In addition to fund management you will also be tasked with producing monthly management accounts and cash flow reports. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior fund management team of PfP Capital to prepare budgets, annual statutory accounts and support with business plan preparation and investment appraisal.

Your background

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA) with experience within the financial services industry, ideally with fund management experience. Preference will be shown to applicants with exposure to property fund management.

You will also possess strong financial reporting knowledge  and be as comfortable managing investment funds as you are with month end and year end accounting.

What we offer you

This a superb time to join the fund management team at PfP Capital and be the first Accountant to join us. You will work with recognised industry professionals and we believe this role has the potential to go on, for the right person, to become the FC/FD for this company.
