Sale Director - Investments
My client is a global investments business serving high net worth (HNW) individuals worldwide. I am looking for Sales Director who can lead and drive a team and understands how to attract HNW clients, the products or solutions is not important.
JOB TITLE: Sales Director
INDUSTRY: Financial Services
PACKAGE: 75K Base + Uncapped commission
THE ROLE: Your role will be to drive the existing sales team who are performing well, however with the right leadership this team and go to another level. We need a true leader, someone who can help attract HNW individuals to the business. You must be able to lead and drive a sales team and have a strong track record in a similar (management) role. You must be able to run the P&L, sales, marketing, events ect. Coach, mentor and drive the sales team. Focus on the strategy and deliver.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in similar role Sales Directors role, selling any product to HNW clients. You will manage a team or 8 who are based in London, however they do sell internationally. We will discuss the investment offering upon application.
