Multiskilled Shift Maintenance
As the shift Maintenance you report directly to the Engineering Manager. You will assist in the delivery of the site business plans and goals. You must operate within the boundaries of the Group’s IMS framework, the site business plans and take responsibility for the day to day maintenance tasks, whilst communicating openly and honestly with your Team leader.
Your responsibilities include the health, safety and general wellbeing of yourself & your team, delivery of the production plan and financial targets, the upkeep and maintenance of the assets and facilities within your area of responsibility to as new condition.
Functional roles where you set task priorities in conjunction with team leaders include;
? Maintenance Engineers
Personal attributes and ongoing development
? You must have an open and flexible approach.
? You must be able to demonstrate good IMS awareness.
? Have good written and verbal communication skills. ?
Take responsibility for your ongoing development.
? Have achieved NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
? Qualified to or working towards White Belt accreditation in Six Sigma tools and techniques
? Have the ability to communicate at all levels within the site.
