Our Client, a market leader, is continuing to expand and we're keen to find a number of bright individuals to grow with them.
Working within a Claims environment you will train to become a Claims Assessor as part of a bespoke analysis process and fulfill a role that is supported by leading edge technology.
The industry in which our Client operates is contentious. Candidates must therefore be able to demonstrate that they have the determination to succeed in a challenging environment and also the resolve to adhere to process, regardless of external influences.
Knowledge of Claims is advantageous and although a good academic record is preferable, more important is the ability to absorb and understand how processes work and the skills to negotiate claims to settlement.
We are therefore happy to consider candidates with a range of experience within varying sectors including Insurance, Financial Services, Legal, Sales and Banking.
A demonstrable ability to focus on attention to detail is essential as is a high level of computer literacy.
