A basic of £40,000 with a total package worth £50,000 (great range of benefits) is what our client is offering for an experienced Revenue Manager to join their dynamic leadership and sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising and directing all activities of revenue, which include:

  • Maximising all revenues to and for the hotel, including but not limited to Room and Meeting/Event revenues.
  • Leading cross functional decision making of all revenue generating departments including Sales, Rooms, Catering & Food and Beverage departments.
  • Managing all aspects of competitor intelligence: pricing: management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points: distribution channels, market segment mix: acceptance/denial of major group bookings.

You will be a passionate Revenue Manager with a drive for sales and revenue, combined with a strong level of commercial acumen. You will work with the Hotel Directors and Director of Sales to ensure you support the delivery of the commercial strategy for total revenue and profit across all the revenue streams.

To be successful in the role, you will be an excellent communicator with a flair for sales. An ability to build credible business relationships is key. Along with your natural persuasive nature, you will have had a solid career in revenue management within the Birmingham hotel market.
