Who you’ll be working for

A forward thinking, fast growing health and beauty eCommerce business, reporting directly to the MD working closely with the marketing team.

What you’ll be doing

You will take complete ownership of driving the brands website to achieve profitability, execute digital strategy, driving sales and encouraging new customers to the site. This will focus on customer acquisition and retention, managing and guiding social media platforms whilst working closely with PR, Communications and Social creating and implementing marketing campaigns for existing products and new launches.

Increasing customer traffic and conversion rates as well as enhancing website functionality and usability. You will be responsible for managing and implementing PPC, Google AdWords, DDA and SEO (on-site and off-site) whilst regularly driving and testing the website for UX.

Follow industry trends, planning for peak seasons with promotional calendars and create innovative digital campaigns. You will work with the team to build ideas, deliver key on-brand messages and drive engagement.

Experience of building digital and eCommerce teams whilst working with 3rd party agencies is needed, leveraging off exsiting and previous relationships. 

What experience you’ll need

In order to be considered naturally you will need to have worked or have a keen interest in the beauty & health sector having worked within eCommerce/Retail for a minimum of 3 years (this can be outside beauty & health)

You will need to be strong within analytics and technical skills, proficient in SEO tools, website CMS, PPC, CRM and Google Adwords and prove to be a results and sales driven professional with a strong focus on customer experience.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

Salary up to £55-80,000 DOE with benefits, working within a fast paced team based in their North London office.
