Although a global, blue chip business, this role sits within a defined product team that operate in a fast-paced, innovative manner more akin to a start up business. This is a permanent, full time opportunity.
Your new role
Working closely with the product development team, this is an exciting insight role that will utilise digital analytics to support customer targeting and acquisition alongside broader product development. You will be involved in product strategy and utilise multivariate testing to support product development.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced analyst or manager with strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics) and their application. You'll have a strong understanding of statistical languages (SQL, SAS) in order to interrogate broad customer data sets and deliver insightful customer intelligence. They will have experience with multivariate testing and exemplary communication skills.
