They are currently looking for a 3rd Party Contract & Reseller Manager to work within a team providing key procurement and sourcing activities on a variety their accounts across all Business Units as required; predominantly for the UK, but also NEU where necessary in liaison with the local team.

The primary focus of your role will be to grow and manage their Reseller pipeline, ensuring that the right paperwork is put into place and that it aligns with their Global strategy for Resale. You will also be involved in working with the team to deliver true P&L savings but also to deliver client benefit in accordance with client contracts. Your activities within this role will be fully supported by the wider procurement team and you will have regular interaction with the fellow procurement team.

Your duties within this role will include, but won’t be limited to:

  • To assist in driving out Resale from their client accounts

  • To put in place new 3rd party contracts as required including flowdowns/ups as required

  • Conducting sourcing, pricing and contract negotiations (in conjunction with the Commercial and Risk Directorate and Legal) procuring compliance to company standard documents and prime contract flow downs

  • Supporting efforts to secure Teaming Agreements / Heads of Agreement / Intention to Proceed

  • To negotiate cost savings on existing contracts and ensure the best contract terms are achieved in their renewal

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Proficient in the understanding in the drafting of complex contractual terms and conditions and sourcing practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.

  • Understanding of business case production, TCO and basic financial understanding

  • Significant contract and deal negotiation experience in the pre and post sales environment

  • Either a strong procurement or contract management background

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
