Are you experienced in leading teams, managing services and supporting vulnerable people? Do you have an understanding of how to improve the quality of life for older people?

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced person with passion for customer care. You will need to be able to evidence your commitment to providing a high quality service, ability to work well under pressure, deal calmly with emergencies, work within a team and communicate effectively internal and external stakeholders.

In your role as a Team Leader you will be managing a team, ensuring that our clients receive a quality service that daily well-being checks are carried out, liaison with other support services takes place, and ensuring that access to services is exactly as it should be.

You will work closely with the landlord to ensure our Health and Safety obligations are met at all times.

You must be able to travel across regions as required.
