Our client based in Fakenham are looking for an experienced candidate to oversee the companies payroll, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
Your new role
Job responsibilities include daily, weekly and monthly reporting:
Daily: Recording Temporary Labour, Sickness and Holiday information.
Weekly: Reporting Temporary Labour, Sickness and Holiday information.
Review Clocking Information for all Sites and calculating Overtime payments.
Monthly: Responsible for the administration and day to day data collection of information for our 250 monthly payroll, preparing BACS files, associated reports, month end journals etc.
Calculating and paying 100 Pensioners monthly payments.
Preparing Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution monthly payments of Pensions.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of full payroll management.
