Customer Service Insurance Advisor
A well known, nationwide Insurance organisation are looking to recruit a professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their local branch.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling a wide range of Insurance products, including home, motor and commercial.
- Processing new business, issuing quotes, handling mid-term adjustments, renewals, cancellations and amendments.
- Servicing the existing customer base in a friendly and professional manner over the telephone and in person, whilst having the ability to source new business opportunities in the process.
- Previous Insurance experience within any Personal Lines / Commercial Sectors
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Positive, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs - English and Maths Grade A - C
