Regional Development Consultant: Bathrooms: South West UK

Our client, one of the country's largest independent suppliers of sanitaryware, shower enclosures, bathroom furniture, baths, designer radiators, showers, taps and mirrors requires a Regional Development Consultant to work closely with a select group of customers/Merchants in the UK.

You should be able to work autonomously on a day to day basis, whilst recognising where appropriate when the involvement of other members of the team is required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

-Carrying out technical presentations including CPD’s

-Managing a key project database

-In-depth knowledge of the Company’s products, their features, benefits and applications

-Proven ability to build and maximise professional relationships

-Work with the sales teams, to put in place clear business plans for Account development, within designated area. Develop a clear business plan to cover contracts and review on an ongoing basis.

Candidate profile:

You will have an outgoing personality and an understanding of how businesses operate. You will have very good communication skills which can be proven by your experiences to date. You will be eager to learn and work well as a team member.

Knowledge & Experience:

Knowledge and experience of working in a relevant industry would be a distinct advantage (but not essential)

Background in selling essential

Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications & Other requirements:

Full clean driving licence

Able to travel within the UK and Europe occasionally as and when required to visit customers

Minimum AS level education in all basic subjects i.e. Maths and English

Bachelors degree in business management or other relevant subject (would be advantageous)
