Continued growth and development means we are seeking an experienced Retention Manager.
This is a desk based role/closing role to retain customer nearing the end of their contracts that have so far not chosen to re-sign. A strong target driven sales ethos is required.
Having a telecoms/technology background will equip you perfectly to guide and support our customers. Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills will enable you to creatively present our offering, overcome objections and re-sign the customer.
Successfully delivering in a sales/cross selling/up selling role is essential; although this is not a new business position, growth of your customer base will be expected. You will also come with first class account management skills.
Excellent basic salary and attractive commission package accompany this role.
Working hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
