Finance Assistant job focused upon Sales Ledger for Legal 100 firm in Manchester City Centre £18-20k.

Your new role
In this job you will be working as a finance assistant working in a role which will be focused upon the Sales Ledger; targeted with effectively managing and taking ownership for your own ledger. You will work closely with legal partners to ensure that invoices are accurately calculated, and charged according to contracted rates.
Often working in a client facing role, you will be required to confidently explain and resolve issues in relation to invoices. Working within the Credit Control department, you will be a key liaison between finance, credit control ad the legal partners so strong communication skills are a must.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working in a client facing accounts role, be confident working with a range of stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate this with your clients, managers and any other parties.
Prior experience, or an interest in the legal sector would be a significant benefit as you will of course be working in this environment 5 days/week.
