If so, XLN could be the perfect place for you. We are looking to expand our successful B2B outbound sales operation rapidly in 2017, so we are looking for the best sales-people in Sheffield to join the existing team.

The aim of the role is to contact small businesses to offer them lower priced phone, broadband and fibre-optic services. You will take charge of the entire process, right from the very first time that you speak to the business owner up until the point where they have switched their supplier to XLN.

We want to talk to you if you:

  • Can work efficiently on a dialler system, speaking to a high volume of potential customers every day
  • Can think on your feet to provide the best solution to a small business owner
  • Can build and manage a sales pipeline effectively
  • Can close sales
  • Want to work hard and be recognised and rewarded for it

What we offer you:

  • £16,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE of £26,000-£35,000
  • Hours Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
  • Progression based on performance
  • Team and individual incentives- PS4s, Ipads, nights out etc
  • Break out rooms with pool table, Xbox etc
  • Free fruit on Mondays, free breakfast on Fridays
