The spot salary for this post is £19,443 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide an efficient, effective and responsive scheme management service to the residents including daily calls to residents, assessing and monitoring the health and well being of residents, encouraging social contact and dealing with the day-to-day management of the scheme including carrying out regular health and safety checks.
You will work mainly by yourself so initiative is vital. You will be able to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and you will understand the importance of thorough record keeping. You will have a strong desire to work with older people, be able to communicate with people at all levels including working with Accent staff and contractors. You must be willing to attend meetings and training when required. Experience of managing an Independent Living Service would be desirable.
