Membership Manager (not-for-profit body)
I Am Recruiting for a Membership Manager at a prestigious professional membership body based out of their lovely offices in Central London.
The not-for-profit organisation has ambitions to grow its membership by 20% in the next three years and require an experienced Membership Engagement/Development Manager to recruit new members whilst establishing a stronger offering and experience for their members. There is room for a creative thinker, somebody who can think outside the box in ways of engaging members (and fellows) in the long run.
Our client is looking for a confident and motivated personality, a leader who is clear in their decision-making and can establish strong relationships with the other managers in the team. The successful candidate will have experience with operational and annual budget planning and take a 'big picture’ strategic approach to work. Marketing, digital engagement, and project management skills are all sought after for this position.
The role includes having three direct reports who will assist with the recruitment, market research, engagement and retention of members. There will also be an element of engaging with regional member teams across the UK and developing a stakeholder engagement programme with staff throughout the organisation (and established long term members).
