My well established and instantly recognisable Client based in Wellingborough are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their vibrant and long standing team.

Ideally the role will be part time (25 hours per week, ideally over 5 days) however my Client will consider a full time role for the right candidate.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (pro rata for part time)
Working hours: Monday - Friday - flexible with hours worked anywhere between 9am and 5pm
Start Date: ASAP

Onsite parking, 25 days holiday, childcare vouchers, gym discount and company pension are offered.

Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Arrange for supplier invoices to be signed off by relevant departments
- Enter supplier invoices into Navision
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Be the first point of call for supplier queries
- Prepare and excute payment runs
- Prepare supplier payments twice monthly
- Monitor the accounts email address
- Produce reports
- To support the Accounts Office Manager with adhoc duties when required
- Checking a purchase invoice against a purchase order - making sure the goods received were those ordered and that the agreed prices have been charged correctly.

Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger role is desirable.
Confident using MS Office.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team and will have excellent attention to detail.
