Digital Project Manager

My client is an industry leading, award winning Digital Agency within the heart of Norwich. Due to exceptional growth in recent years, they’re now looking to welcome a Digital Project Manager to an already very talented team.


  • The role requires a conscientious professional with a great deal of enthusiasm, a good knowledge of digital technologies and at least 3 years commercial experience.
  • Being able to confidently present and articulate new ideas and strategies to both clients and our internal development team is a must, as is the ability to produce fully rationalised briefs and detailed project documentation.

Specific duties include:

  • Providing end-to-end project management across the entire project lifecycle
  • The scoping of projects with clients, understanding their individual requirements and accurately articulating these to the wider development team
  • Ensuring profitability of assigned accounts
  • Formulating ongoing strategies / approaches both proactively and reactively
  • Assisting and contributing to client and new business proposals
  • Liaising with internal teams to establish project approaches and effort estimates
  • Producing project documentation including, cost estimates, statements of work, functional specifications
  • Project status monitoring and reporting
  • Project scope change management
  • Analysing, interpreting and presenting results
  • Delivering ideas and final project deliverables to clients for review
  • Ensuring account billings are tracked and invoiced
  • Contribution to company ways of working and processes

Skills you’ll need:

  • Great organisational skills and the ability to hit deadlines
  • Confident presentation capabilities both internally and externally
  • The ability to identify and assess risks across the entire project lifecycle
  • The ability to changing scope / business requirements
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring the ongoing improvement of agency output
  • Can offer informed opinion about the wider digital marketplace its technologies
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies
