Farrer Barnes are working closely with an innovative and diverse Multi-Academy Trust to locate an HR specialist to join their passionate HR team.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with high quality HR skills to join a blossoming MAT, situated in an easily accessible location.

This interesting and rewarding position will give the successful individual the chance to become an integral element of a fast growing and forward thinking establishment.  You will be monitoring and improving all HR processes and programs, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning & development, performance management, administration, compensation, payroll and communication.

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience within Human Resources in a fast paced, multi-site working environment
  • In depth, in-house, entire recruitment cycle experience on a medium/large scale
  • Ability to provide senior level advice to all stakeholders on HR and Recruitment related matters
  • Thorough experience of Employee relations (to include managing own casework), with up to date knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • CIPD qualified
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders (staff, contractors and third party agencies)
  • Experience within an education setting
