Insurance Complaints Handler
A leading global insurance business seeks an experienced Complaints Handler to join their team in Birmingham City Centre.
As a Complaints Handler, you will manage the complaints process by taking ownership of individual cases and resolving satisfactorily and in accordance with FCA / FSC and TCF principles. The majority of complaints will be regarding commercial property claims and therefore there will be a good amount of variety and complexity involved.
You will also contribute to the Operational Standards team in maintaining statistical and root cause analysis in respect of complaints to aid the business in continually improving performance.
As a Complaints Handler, you willliaise with third parties to fully investigate complaints corresponding to customers via email and letter.
You will deliver excellent customer service via an outbound and inbound line adhering to FCA and Ombudsman codes of conduct.
To be considered you must have previous complaints management experience from a FCA regulated environment.
