Motor Trade Service Advisor
Automotive Service Advisor required in Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Competitive Package dependent on experience circa £18,000 basic + Bonuses
Monday – Friday 8.00am-5.30pm +Saturday 8.30am- 12.30pm on a rota basis
Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join our Clients main car dealership in Shrewsbury, Shropshire
The ideal candidate will have current or recent experience in a Main Dealer environment within a Service Advisor position and used to working in a busy, pressured environment. Our client is looking for candidates with a stable career background and a strong customer focus.
The role will involve liaising with customers both face to face and on the telephone, as well as liaising with other departments in the Dealership including, the Workshop and Sales team. Candidates should therefore have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and be very well presented.
Experience using dealer management software such as Kerridge, ADP is required.

A stable background within the automotive industry in a service or aftersales advisor role
Have main dealer experience
Be of smart appearance with excellent customer care skills
