We are looking for a talented, ambitious and confident Marketing Account Manager to work for an established B2B marketing agency in Bristol.

The company.

My client specialise in B2B marketing, mainly digital. They have been in existence for around fourteen years so are really established and have a fantastic reputation.

The role.

The role will involve…

- Developing new relationships within existing customers and potential new customers in order to win new business.
- Managing relationships with clients, suppliers and other team members.
- Producing and updating project plans, monitoring costs and time spent to keep campaigns within budget.
- Briefing the studio team and suppliers on client requirements, and working with them on the creative design and copy ideas to make sure the project is delivered to the required standard, on-time.
- Representing the agency in client discussions — either on the phone or face-to-face as required.
- Taking responsibility for the quality control of all materials and communications for your campaigns.
- Keeping the management team updated at weekly meetings regarding current campaign and new business progress.
- Supporting where needed in developing proposals to win new business.

The experience we need.

You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience working as an Account Manager in an agency setting. 

You’ll enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, but also thrive on having your own area of responsibility. You’ll be confident enough to offer creative input and have the time-management skills to manage several campaigns at once, as well as the flexibility to switch between different clients and requirements, while maintaining the high quality of your work.

You’ll also have experience of new-business development, and know how to build relationships with new clients. On top of this, you should have a keen interest in social media, and be familiar with how it can help businesses. Due to the location of my client, it is likely that the successful Marketing Account Manager will have a car and driving license.
