Digital Marketing Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
*To deliver a first-class "customer experience" to all our clients as required. You will work across all markets and brands, maintaining consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, including:
*Respond promptly to incoming first-line support queries from customers by telephone, email and instant chat.
*Regular outbound calls to all our customers, providing advice and support to ensure that they are achieving maximum value from their website.
*Support and manage campaigns and projects, carrying out testing and providing regular updates to the Account Managers and Account Directors as appropriate.
*Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients, and escalate these to the sales team where appropriate.
*Review and analyse the performance of each customer's website, together with their support history, to ensure that we are targeting them with appropriate support.
*Engage with our clients at every opportunity to understand the challenges they face, both in using our products or services and within the wider context of their business. Feed this information back internally to the management team.
*Promptly and accurately record details of each contact with a customer in our SAP database to ensure a comprehensive customer history is maintained for each client and relevant data is available for trend analyses.
*Compile metrics and reports for our clients.
*Manage customer satisfaction surveys.
*Deliver training to clients on our full range of products and services, both remotely (via online meetings) and face-to-face.

Key Skills/Experience:
*Fluent English and 1 additional language (ideally French, Spanish, Italian or German)
*Relevant skills or qualifications in either digital marketing, customer support (structured customer contact environment within either Financial Services, Banking or Retail) or sales.
*A healthy fascination for the internet and how businesses and consumers use it as well as a desire to learn about the latest industry developments in areas such as Search Engine Optimisation, social media and customer relationship management are key attributes.
*Strong skills in Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills, along with Outlook are essential.
*Have the ability to work well independently or as part of a team, work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines as well as being flexible in their approach to all situations.
*Automotive experience would be beneficial for these accounts. If not an interest in cars combined with knowledge of the retail sector would work.
*Possesses a thorough understanding of recent developments within the industry
