Position - Residential Conveyancer
Solicitor/Conveyancing Executive/Residential Conveyancing/Residential Property
A new opportunity has opened for a qualified Solicitor to join a Central London based law firm. The firm have a large services for individuals practice that caters for the high net worth individual end of the market, with a particular focus on Residential Property transactions and landlord and tenant matters. With this in mind the firm are now looking to bring a solicitor with a broad base of residential conveyancing experience who is used to working with high net worth clients and the organisations that represent them in residential property transactions. Whilst a lot of business generation in the firm is partner led, there is none the less an expectation for fee earners to chip in and support marketing activities so experience in this capacity is expected. In turn this a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor that is looking to focus solely on high value Conveyancing work in an internationally focused firm that has tried and tested method of generating Residential Property transactional work.
Required Skills and Responsibilities;
- Broad base of Conveyancing experience.
- Exposure to high value Conveyancing casework.
- Experience in supporting business development and marketing campaigns.
- Be a team player
- Be a driven individual
- Excellent communication skills
