You will be responsible for managing, coaching and inspiring team members to maximise positive cash-flow into the business. You will become an expert in systems and processes with both internal and external customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Accountable for professional development
  • Set team goals and objectives
  • Deliver training
  • Design and implement procedures
  • Act as the primary contact for a selection of global FTSE 100 clients
  • Solve client issues
  • Nurture client relationships
  • Assist in business forecasting
  • Remain knowledgeable of key systems

What we are looking for:

  • Team management experience - ideally within a Financial billings environment
  • Proven coaching, training and team building experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Good sense of humour
  • Ability to think outside the box when solving problems
  • Willingness to learn and develop
