Billings Team Manager
Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing and Recruitment Company are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join are fun fast-paced Billings Operations team.
You will be responsible for managing, coaching and inspiring team members to maximise positive cash-flow into the business. You will become an expert in systems and processes with both internal and external customers.
What you will be doing:
- Accountable for professional development
- Set team goals and objectives
- Deliver training
- Design and implement procedures
- Act as the primary contact for a selection of global FTSE 100 clients
- Solve client issues
- Nurture client relationships
- Assist in business forecasting
- Remain knowledgeable of key systems
What we are looking for:
- Team management experience - ideally within a Financial billings environment
- Proven coaching, training and team building experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Good sense of humour
- Ability to think outside the box when solving problems
- Willingness to learn and develop
