We are in the process of recruiting for a highly regarded Financial Planning organisation who are recruiting for an experienced sales support administrator to join the team. You will based out from their office Reading Office.

They deal with HNW individuals and are looking for an administrator with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The role will work closely with the Paraplanner as well as advisers and key duties are:

  • Submission of new business
  • Tracking of new business through to issuing of the policy ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly
  • Maintain the new business tracking sheet with absolute accuracy for use by management in business forecasting
  • Reconciliation of fees
  • Compiling client tax packs
  • Liaising with providers to transfer agency and obtain accurate information on a client’s circumstances
  • Production of policy schedules
  • Compilation of client packs
  • Maintaining Avelo (back office system)
  • Pre population of application forms, obtaining illustrations and documents from providers
  • Service clients’ general requests Research
  • Assisting the paraplanners with provider and product research for clients
  • Assisting the paraplanners with annual centralised research
  • Assisting the paraplanners with analysis of client files
  • Review and understand any compliance or regulatory changes ahead
  • Building and maintaining relationships with provider representatives
  • Continuing professional development through exams and seminars - maintaining appropriate CPD
  • Constantly strive to improve efficiencies in all areas of the business - share your ideas
  • Submission of file checks to compliance after packaging by the paraplanners Cash account management
