Experienced Outbound Sales Person
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Telephone Sales person to generate sales leads and market opportunities working from my clients Halifax Sales office.
The company sells and manufactures a unique range of energy efficient products from its local manufacturing facility and is requiring a highly motivated, confident and friendly sales person to join their team.
This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday with a salary of £19000 - £22000 per annum DOE.
The successful candidate must have previous experience of working in a sales office environment and making outbound sales calls!
• Generating new leads and making outbound calls
• General office duties and admin support
• Working closely with the General Manager and the sales reps out in the field.
Essential Skills and attributes:
• Proven experience in a sales and service role, dealing with both retail and trade customers
• Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Experience of a sales processing system such as Sage
• Proficient in using MS Office packages
• Flexible attitude
• Highly organised
• Self - motivated
Due to the company location, the relevant individual will require their own transport.
