Fantastic opportunity available to work with one of Manchester’s most prestigious boutique hotels. A new position has become available, due to the company’s organic growth, for an Assistant General Manager to join at a senior level of the company.
Successful candidates will have experience working within a fast paced hospitality environment, proactively managing projects and events throughout the year, and a track record of effectively managing a team.
The role will require a hands on approach, often being the client facing member of the management team, with 9 heads of department directly reporting to the position, and as a senior member of the team the assistant manager or deputy manager must be on site at any given time.
For this role you must have:
Front of House Hospitality experience
Client facing experience
Key benefits include:
£28,000 to £32,000pa salary
Company pension (in place from the end of the year)
28 days paid holiday (inc bank holidays)
The role will require flexibility to meet the businesses requirements including weekend work.
