Due to expansion this highly successful fit out and refurbishment contractor based in the Derbyshire area are looking for a Contracts Manager for the interiors part of their business.

The Role:
As the Contracts Manager you will report to the Director and work within a small and friendly interiors team.

You will be responsible for running all contracts from start to finish as well as managing existing staff and associated trades.

You will be expected to complete risk assessments, method statements and valuations as well as being contractually aware.

Projects are within the interiors construction sector with values ranging from £800 small works up to larger projects of £500k.

The interior work will be partioning, dry lining, demountable, suspended ceilings, flooring and joinery.

The Candidate:
It is essential that as a Contracts Manager you will have had previous experience of working within a similar industry before.

The role is 50% office and 50% site based, therefore you will need a CSCS card for site visits as and when required.

You may have NEBOSH, SMSTS, CITB, HNC/HND in Building Studies, Construction Management degree or other relevant construction qualification.

They work predominantly across the East Midlands but also cover the UK on behalf of industrial and commercial clients.
