This 12 month fixed term contract is covering maternity and working closely with the company Accountant. Ideally you will be available at short notice to be considered.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not limited to -

* Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and production of monthly management accounts.

* Assisting with the weekly submissions and monthly reconciliations in connection with the HSBC IF facility.

Your overall accountabilities will include -

* Processing sales ledger receipts, manual sales ledger invoices and credit notes. Including assisting with the investigations of deductions.

* Producing and circulating sales weekly flash report to the FD.

* Chasing outstanding invoices in a polite, professional manner and dealing with the day to day customer correspondence.

* Compiling and circulating bi-monthly credit control reports.

* Produce monthly credit note summary and other sales related board reports as directed by the Company Accountant.
