The Company
Adecco is working with one of the leading distributors of IT, communication and home entertainment products in the UK They represents over 180 manufacturers in the UK alone spanning more than 38,000 products across mobile, computing and accessories, consumer electronics, gaming, print, networking, servers and solutions, unified communications and AV solutions.

They have recently relocated their business from London to Harlow to their state of the art building, and is looking to find talented individuals to move the company forward through its next stage of growth.

Role Overview
Working as part of a cross-departmental Licensing team to introduce and promote the Licensing range, ensuring sales and GP are maximised through the channel whilst delivering the best service and customer satisfaction to allow Exertis Unlimited to be the leading Value Added Distributor in the marketplace.

Salary and Bonus
The client is offering a salary of £21-30k including additional a bonus opportunity that is very achievable and has a potential to double in most cases

Role Duties
* Achieving sales targets set each month by Sales Management.
* To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting EU's existing customer base and prospective customers.
* Maximise sales GP by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls.
* Ensure all orders received are entered into the Merlin system accurately.
* Ensure all Vendor quotation pipelines are updated on a weekly basis to the standard set by the BGM.
* Ensure that quotations in the sales system are followed up within 10 working days of creation, utilising our quote management tool as necessary.
* Liaise on a daily basis with your Business Group and update them on any developments in your product range, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
* Assist the Product Manager to get dealers to attend events & seminars, to provide the sales team with information / training on the specified product range and on occasion assist with product pricing.
* Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with existing customers.
* Offer pre and post-sales support for all our customers
* Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the Internal Sales Manager.
* Manage the sales process for resolving the cancellation of orders. Ensuring that such matters are expedited speedily, and the information in Merlin is accurate and up-to date.
* Manage and maintain any authorisation schemes & price lists relevant to your products.
* Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts.
* Ensure the rest of the sales team are kept informed of developments within your product range.
* Meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives.
* Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management Team.
* Ensure customer receive 'copy licensing' when requested
* Ensure customers receive LOD's when requested
* Process licensing orders for the entire Sales team
* Quoting for Renewals

Key Requirements
* Experience in a sales, licensing, sales support or telesales role
* Knowledge in Adobe licensing program.
* Has some commercial and business awareness
* Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients
* Can provide evidence of working in a target related environment
* Can demonstrate their ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
* Good at building customer relationships
* Understands how to sell
* Can demonstrate their ability to manage their time so that they can maximise on licensing opportunities
* Understands how to research and identify prospective customers
* Can present feedback using Word or Excel
* Has a good level of interpersonal skills
* Can provide evidence that they can influence others
* Evidence of working towards objectives and achieving goals
