A London based FCA regulated retail FX brokerage is looking to expand its offerings to its substantial global client base and as such is seeking a Client On-boarding Specialist to join our UK team. To facilitate our global reach a secondary language of Polish is mandatory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing AML/KYC due diligence client reviews on all retail and corporate clients and coordinate across all facets of the client on-boarding lifecycle including documentation collection and validation, reference data creation and enrichment, and legal agreement execution. The individual must be able to synthesize complex information effectively.

Your Background:

A background in the Financial Services Industry is not essential, however the individual must be able to demonstrate sound judgment and be highly detail oriented. Knowledge of key AML/KYC principals and any relevant professional qualifications will also be an advantage. The candidate should also have good Excel Skills.


  • Oversee day-to-day review process: Monitor group inbox and KYC application work queues.

  • Gather requisite data and documents from internal or external sources as appropriate; review and analyse data and documents to ensure accuracy; seek approvals as needed.

  • Develop a clear understanding of how client profiles and requirements intersect with internal systems to coordinate workflow with other departments.

  • Track and monitor potential on-boarding issues and delays escalating as necessary.

  • Participate in process standardization and improvement discussions with other teams and process partners.

  • Proactively collaborate with the Client Service, Relationship, Operations, Financial Crime and Risk & Compliance teams, both locally and globally

  • Communications: The individual must demonstrate excellent communication, including excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to understand and disseminate complex information.

    Please note that this role is paying between £20K to £25K depending on experience.
