Operations Support Manager
Do you have significant experience of managing and developing a team? Have you worked across a multi-site environment? If so, Hudson are working on an exciting, newly created role for an international legal business, working as an Operations Support Manager.
You will take full responsibility for leading the local support teams and overseeing the workflow, including quality control and query management. You will also be responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing new processes to ensure your teams assist the business by providing a timely and efficient service to clients.
You will have a strong commercial awareness and a client orientated approach, responsibilities will include:
- Lead, motivate and develop support teams to ensure they are meeting the needs of the business
- Inspire and lead collaborative working practices in a multi site environment
- Work closely with local office management identifying gaps, training needs and performance issues
- Assist in managing data quality issues and resolve complex practice management system issues, often working with high volumes of case data, complex queries, user queries and complex case record issues
- Be proactive in identifying process and system updates
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within the Legal sector and have knowledge of using a data management/workflow system. You will also have an understanding of database management and electronic document management systems.
You will have the ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, be highly motivated and have a pro active attitude. You will be comfortable with complex problem solving and be able to drive a team in order to execute tasks within desired timescales. As a Manager, you will also have a calm and methodical approach.
