Telephone Account Manager
Our client are looking for an sales driven and self motivated candidate to join a social and friendly company based on the outskirts of Woking as a Telephone Account Manager.
As a Telephone Account Manager you will:
- Prioritise and organise activities to best achieve goals through CRM.
- Maximise potential between existing accounts, gone away accounts, and new Leads.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospect calling
- Build and manage schedule of service calls.
- Prospecting, following up, qualification and progressing of new sales leads.
- Follow up calls to product and promotion campaigns.
- Identify and develop further sales opportunities and leads, working within CRM.
- Ownership of all issues and inquiries relating to their relevant account base.
The ideal Telephone Account Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:
- A least one years’ experience of making outbound calls
- Sales driven
- Self motivated, self organised.
- Deliver excellent customer service - customer orientated.
- Sell on value and maximise margin potential through demonstrating product knowledge
