This is an exciting time to be joining our client, they are now looking to recruit a highly-driven sales person, who can play a key part in driving forward the company’s growth plans, to join our Business Development team.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Outbound calls to potential clients to identify needs and schedule quality meetings for our Field Sales Consultants
  • Recording and follow up of inbound enquiries to identify needs and schedule quality meetings for our Field Sales Consultants
  • Process orders
  • Identification and conversion of upsell opportunities
  • Use initiative and leverage marketing strategies to enhance revenue-generating opportunities
  • Exceed demanding targets for sales and quality meetings
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to exhibit and promote the company
  • Overall responsibility for finding new sales meeting opportunities in an allocated region of the UK and efficient scheduling of these meetings

  • Ability to rapidly build rapport over the phone
  • Professional and efficient telephone manner
  • Strong grasp of sales process and ability to implement effectively
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent grasp of written English, spelling and grammar
  • A tendency to thrive in, and contribute to, a dynamic team environment
  • Self-motivated but also target-driven
  • A positive, can-do approach
  • Passionate about the importance of getting children active outdoors
  • Experience of the UK education market would be beneficial
