Business Development Executive (Fast growing sales training company)
P3 Pro are a fast expanding sales training & development company with offices in Manchester and London. They deliver highly advanced training courses designed and delivered by industry experts. They work with companies from major corporates through to SME’s all of whom have the same goal of ensuring their sales teams are highly skilled and able to exceed their targets.
The position we have available is a business development executive role where you will be proactively contacting businesses throughout the UK to assess what current provisions they have in place for sales training and then discussing the range of courses that P3 Pro have to offer.
You will need to have good prospecting skills to identify key decision makers and then conduct and effective fact-find before presenting the features and benefits of the most well-suited P3 Pro courses.
We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in outbound telephone based sales. You will be adept at bypassing gatekeepers to develop meaningful conversations with decision makers. You will have solid rapport building skills and be a proven performer working in a target driven environment.
You will also be tenacious, positive, proactive and professional and embody the values that underpin the P3 Pro approach.
