Outbound Sales Executive

This is a brand new sales position on the Capita team that promotes online advertising in the UK on behalf of global giant .

It will be an ideal role if you thrive in fast paced sales environments, where the emphasis is consultative solutions selling - you need to enjoy the feeling of closing a sale and moving on to the next. With ambition and energy, you can make a big impact in a dynamic environment that very much follows the Google philosophy.

Capita: Capita is the UK's largest outsourcing solutions provider - we've being working successfully in partnership with our client since 2007. Capita is the only organisation in the UK working on behalf of our Client to help new advertisers start and optimise their campaigns, via Adwords and related products.

The role: This telesales role focuses on High Potential opportunities and clients in the advertising agency world. As this is a new role, you will have lots of scope to make your mark by successfully selling the Adwords product - through your proactive consultative approach to impressing decision makers.

The rewards: A big plus in this role is the ongoing training and support that's provided directly to you by Google - there are regular training updates to keep your skills and knowledge right up to date. There's also an excellent pay and bonus structure.

The requirements:

You need to be an ambitious, target-driven sales professional with experience in outbound IT/digital b2b sales - or advertising/media. experience is useful but certainly not essential.

You'll have a natural consultative sales approach with the ability to form, maintain and nurture a business relationship

Initiative, confidence, enthusiasm and energy are all a must. You should be keen to deliver fresh, innovative campaign ideas - and to use your knowledge of social media apps.
